Carol C.: These yoga blocks do exactly what they are supposed to do. They are lightweight yet sturdy. They have been immensely helpful as I am participating in a daily stretching program. I initially questioned whether these were necessary or would be of any real value, but my skepticism has now vanished. They have made many stretches so much easier to perform, and really help with stability. Great purchase -- and great value for the money. They easily tuck away when I'm not using them.
