HB Dude: These help to calm me down, calm my anxiety and give my mood a little lift. It kind of keeps me balanced emotionally. And I do notice a significant difference on it. It does make me sleepy, so I take this at night.

AmazonFan: I wanted to test this alternative supplement against my original Prescription of Prozac. I am no doc nor am i telling anyone to change their meds.
Me:
I am a overweight young adult with reoccurring anxiety and depression with very high irritation
Past medical:
Was on Prozac for 3 months until I decided I couldn't take the effects of it. I started taking these capsules in hopes to see a difference and see if there was any benefits to my mental health. I had been clean off Prozac for 4 months prior to using this supplement. No medication were taken aside from rare drink consumption.

Overall test time:
One month

At first 3 weeks i took one capsule in the day and one-two at night. One benefit was a good nights sleep. Slight improvement on some days with stress and anxeity. No improvement on irritation.
4th week bumped dosage to two at morning and two at night. Found way better benefit of anxiety and stress. No improvement on irritation

Personally for me I wanted to give up on these capsules at 2 weeks but wanted to really try to see if it would help. I know everyone is different and This was just a small test for me. I am thinking about...
