Bard: When I am feeling worked up, exhausted, stressed, and not even remotely tired - like I will lay in bed all night long without getting rest and wake up worse off than where I started, I take a couple of these and I fall asleep. If I wake up, one more with a benadryl and I won't wake up again until daytime. This has been essential to me adapting to lifelong anxiety, insomnia, Depression, and more recently working the night shift. I can't recommend it more.

Michael: Very strong , improves MOOD , also improves SLEEP , but i allow the body to use it for at least a month ...everything builds up gradually.
I also believe that is very useful to allow the body to take at least a 20-30% break , so every 4 weeks I take 1 week of any kind of supplement , and even regular foods , I have read studies that say that this is how the immune system is being less stressed

Juliana: In the begging I felt really sleepy. But after 3 days, I don't feel sleepy anymore. It is really good for keep me calm and no trouble to fell asleep anymore

Panda: I was previously taking Nature's Way 50mg 5HTP twice a day prior to trying out this product. Unfortunately this product didn't work for me. I thought it would be cheaper with the same results but I was wrong. Nature's Way has other vitamins added to help absorption and I believe that taking it twice a day helped keep my levels normal. I also tried taking this twice a day but I felt moody and irritable which probably means I didn't need 200mg. I also noticed my sex drive is nearly gone, and this is the only supplement i've changed recently. I'm giving it 5 stars because it's not fair to rate a supplement considering every person is different, and I wouldn't want to deter someone from trying out a product that would potentially benefit their wellbeing.

777SLynn: I recently purchased 5HTP from a local pharmacy, commercial. It was really expensive and the product didn't make any difference. Swanson was the original company that my son's doctor suggested that I purchase this product. It was such a huge difference. His sleep cycle immediately regulated and the cost is more than reasonable. I will definitely purchase again.
