Amazon Customer: Definitely does the job for making the Indian dishes I love, however I want to give it 4 stars and not quite 5 because there seems to be a little more cinnamon in the blend than what I would prefer, leading to a sweeter flavor in the dishes.

A. Manville: I decided to purchase this brand after reading the reviews. I'm so glad I did. While I haven't cooked with it yet, the aroma when I opened the bag is amazing. I can smell and taste the ingredients. Has a very nice light hint of heat. No over powering cinnamon, or one dominant spice. I used to make my own Garam Masala. This is so much easier and I can add additional chili to up the heat. And lets just say, you can't beat the price. A small bottle of Garam Masala in the grocery store is almost $7.00 I received 3 times the amount with this purchase.
I will mention that the ingredient list on my bag is just slightly different than what is listed. I will account that to the person who blends the Masala to adjusting for the strength of each spice used at the time of manufacture.
I will not hesitate to purchase this again, or any of their other products.
