This talking blood pressure machine is awesome! I am blind and unable to see the digital display on a regular blood pressure machine so I was very thankful to find this talking device on Amazon. Many people have said that the read out is very loud which it is a little loud but not very bothersome. I wouldn’t let that prevent you from buying this item. It is very easy to use with only a few buttons. You only press one button to start the machine to get a BP reading. There are a couple other buttons one to access memory as the machine stores the previous several readings for your reference. You can also push a button to hear an average of the past several readings. You do not need vision to use this device. The blood pressure cuff seems to be fairly large and adjustable in order to fit many different sizes. I am very satisfied with this purchase and would buy again and recommend to friends/family.

It was a little hard to get it all set up, because I had to be able to read the small screen to set the date and time. But by doing it several times I got it set up. (The screen isn't very bright at all) and was blessed by hearing my blood pressure and pulse in loud clear tones. The reading jibed with previous readings with another device, so I believe it is reasonably accurate. A later problem I have found is that some of the numbers given are not given clearly. For example, it said my reading was 170/66. Then at another time it seemed to say, 190/63. I determined that the real readings were 117 and 119 but the words were blurred together. The instruction pamphlet, though small, had clear instructions. I recommend it to anyone like me who has AMD or other debilitating eye disease. The problem with a couple of readings is not difficult to figure out. Especially if you read your pressure daily. 170 and 190 are not readings I ever have.. reading it a little later I got readings in the 120's my normal range
