24601: This stuff is AMAZING - Great traction, looks like a professional did it, easy to work with. I only wish it came in quarts because I didn't need a gallon. Used it for 3 steps from garage and was truly stunned by the traction it gives you when you walk on it. Seems extremely durable. Great stuff.

SgtPepper: I. used this Paint on my Front Porch and Deck. First let me say that it coverted a GREATER AREA than specified~~perhaps because I Painted over other Paint. It covered well and seems to hav e Dried evenly.

Gdog: Followed directions and applied to a wooden ramp. Absolutely non-slip even when wet. Expect it to last along time.

Sean and Kristen: I would generally never purposely paint exterior concrete and sign myself up for the recurring maintenance, but my house had a large walkway that was already painted and chipping badly, so away we went. Notes:
1) This stuff goes on like a milkshake - it's thick. That said, I got way more coverage than advertised. Probably a 30x20' area and I got two coats out of 3 gallons. Your mileage may vary.
2) Would not recommend for stamped concrete. Or at least prepare for an all-day event. My patio has a 'paver texture' stamped pattern and as such as a lot of indentation. Due to thickness I had to get down and brush every groove, which took way longer than it would have with the roller. Had a thick nap roller, but no luck.
3) So far so good on durability. It's been about a month and a half with plenty of action and water with no problems. Snow in the winter will be the real test.

kjakers: My courtyard has skip trowel texture, it is a pain to maintain. I need a durable coating as I am installing a gate and the courtyard is essentially becoming a big doggo house. I did a lot of prep work. Pressure washed, repair loose contrete, primed. I ordered the desert sand. I used a tinted Kilz 2 primer, (I chose to do so, as the exisiting colors were dark gray and dark red.) I did the edge cut out with a brush and rolled the center. I took old boxes and cut them to open up and stood the cardboard around the edges against the walls when I rolled. I am so glad I did, as when I was done, the cardboard had very obvious overspray splatter. I did 2 thin coats. The coverage doesn't go far, one gallon with 2 coats barely did my small courtyard, guessing maybe 120 sq ft, in the products defense, my surface area is extremely textured. . It seems like a good quality product, but if I had a larger surface to cover, I speculate I would need to find a more affordable equivalent product. Time will tell if it holds up to the grill and plant coaster rolling on it, or the doggo running around. One thing I will suggest. Initially I was disappointed in the choices of colors availble.
