JudgeFla: Had another steel vacuum insulated cup that got dented and lost its insulating qualities. This cup was a great improvement, well insulated, comfortable handle and cleans very easily. Sometimes a stainless contained gets stained (the last one did) and strong coffee has not made any stains at all, even if the cup sits out with some coffee in it for a while, it cleans spotlessly every time. Good choice for daily use and it comes in a lot of great colors. It came with a lid, but since we don't go out with it, we never use it. Great value!

lynsworth: This is a great mug. I have purchased two of them for my wife. It keeps coffee hot for quite some time. Also is a great price for what you can get. The only problem is the sliding closure for the lid is cheaply made. This little part has broken on both mugs so I ordered replacement lids set from the same company and so far all of them broken already. The little clips that slide back-and-forth within the groove and keep the closure in place snap off pretty readily while cleaning or just from extended use. If this issue was fixed, this would be a five star travel coffee mug.

bobby: Mom loves it got it for her for Christmas but came after, took a month or so but after I got it mom loved it. The people were pretty nice as well got in touch with them because of shipping issues
