Mark Twain: I bought one quart of this linseed oil a few years ago and have used less than one third of it but it is doing a great job. I bought a relatively inexpensive eucalyptus outdoor table and chairs and apply this oil once every 2-3 years and it makes it look and feel even better than when it was brand new.

Charles: very quick shipping I order the day before and got it next day, very nice job. I use this product on my outside deck and don't like pushing sealing deck much later than end September. so the quick shipping really helped to accomplish my goal. thanks

Don in Arkansas: I chose this because of the toxic chemicals that are added to BOILED linseed oil and wanted to avoid them. Basically they are there to make it cure faster, which may or may not be an issue for you. I have plenty of time for these projects and decided to give this a try. I have used this on several projects including tool handles and old teak on a boat. I have been very pleased with the results and have not had any problems applying it.
My personal favorite treatment for weathered wood that will be outside is first clean with SOS pads and dry in the shade if possible for a day. When clean AND dry apply a couple coats the first day (morning and evening), then one coat a day until it doesn't seem to "take" any more. Then let it sit for a week, give it one more coat and when it seems like the right finish give it a top coat with pure Carnuba Wax. One wood with a rough finish, I used a tooth brush and hair dryer to melt it in and clean the excess. My wood handled tools look great and after a few wipes with a clean shop rag or paper towel feel great. If you get it on metal, a light slight rub with Dawn and steel wool (or that left over SOS pad) cleans it off and coat with...

Kevin Hartley: I used this for pruning the windows frame before glazing the windows in. It’s great for that purpose.
Be careful with the rag you use though. This oil has been known to spontaneously combust when soaked on a wadded up rag. Make sure to lay your rag spread out when you’re done.
