BKGBKG: Starting out, the box this is shipped in is huge and heavy, two person job definitely, once inside you will find everything very strategically placed and intertwined with lits of tape, Styrofoam, and wrap... Did i mention the tape?. The instructions are pretty clear and easy to follow, but tiny to see the diagrams. I found that a lot of the bolts and nuts were installed in the places they were going to go, good and bad, good because you already know where they go, bad because you have to remove them to install them. On to the assembly, here is where my particular unit had major issues, the main lower frame part that is pre attached to the pedal flywheel assembly is an "H" frame design, the one i received was welded so far out of square that when i assembled the rear track part that the wheels ride on, there was a very serious alignment issue, there is no way to fix this without breaking the weld and squaring it up and rewelding it, for me i was able to "manipulate" it via a 5lb sledge hammer and block of wood. B.T.: Very good elliptical. Runs as expected, no issues for over 3 months of use. Has adjustable resistance and is very comfortable to use.

The leg motion is a little smaller than other ellipticals so this is an ideal piece of kit for a smaller space.

Mahal MIT: Okay first let me tell you I’m a sceptic by nature and I do t make impulsive purchases. I reviewed ellipticals for a long time. I had a feeling the pandemic would limit my daily activity (not going to the gym). Therefore I decided to make my spare room a home gym. I watched hours of YouTube videos and came across Sunny Health and Fitness. The reviews were good, so I decided to purchase this elliptical. I’m 5’3 163.lbs and one of the reviewers that I watched specified the that the box the elliptical comes in is very large. They were not kidding; is big and heavy so you will need two people to bring it in the house. The box is more wide than tall; hope that helps someone. Assembly is good if you are the patient one out of the two. Hint two persons are needed to put it together. Start to finish 2.5 hours. The number one issue is make sure the foot pedals are in the correct position before bolting everything down. Second most important put the cup holder on before the handle bars. There are two very small grease containers. PLEASE GREASE AS THE DIRECTIONS SPECIFY. if you do not grease you will hear some noises. The elliptical makes NO NOISE!!! At least not for me. I am a perfectionist. I want absolute whisper quiet performance from the sliding rails, and no rattling, squeaking, clanking, or grunting noises from the moving parts. I want to look at a well-built machine without cheap elbow joints, screws or bolts, and this elliptical satisfies my every demand. It is built to last way beyond my lifetime and still look as beautiful and operate as quietly as it does today.

I chose this elliptical for it’s 16” stride, which is a good, medium length for a person of average height. If you’re tall, you may prefer a few more inches. It’s important to find a stride length that is comfortable for you, so you may want to try out some ellipticals at the gym or a sporting goods store before making your purchase. I was not comfortable with the 20” strides at the gym, so I chose 16,” and it’s perfect for me.
