Contacted the manufacturer who advised it was under warranty only to be told it was sold by a third party so they couldn't help me and to contact the third party seller. The third party then advised I had to contact Amazon. 🤦🏻‍♀️

Been using it for a month now, daily…. And haven’t had to change batteries.

Turns off by itself after around 15-20 mins.

Madison: This was perfect for all three of my kids! I could take it everywhere my second child wouldn't sleep without it! The vibration has two settings and there are multiple sounds including a white noise that my kids loved! It can hold onto a bed or a carseat and is adjustable! The only down sides to this is it only lasted me about 6 months to a year with each due to the vibration not working (The inside part that makes it vibrate broke each time) but for the money I think it’s well worth it! It uses batteries and as the batteries die the vibration goes down so you have to change them out before the batteries are fully out if you wanna keep a strong vibration! Overall I HIGHLY recommend this especially if you’re using it for a baby! As a mom of three I will stand by this and gift it to other moms!

Samantha L.Samantha L.: Absolutely love love love this. Just wish I'd purchased it sooner. Not only does my baby now nap during the day, the day napping now means he's not overtired so sleeps through the night. I only use this on his stroller which lays flat for his naps during the day. We go for a dog walk then leave this on whilst I do some jobs, workout, rest or eat. I do wish it was a lithium rechargeable battery as it eats batteries but its worth it for the rest. I also wish it would stay on longer as I have to keep listening out for when it finishes to restart it again before my baby wakes. I would totally recommend investing in this device.

CNHens: This works well. The vibration is nice, I don't use the sounds on it, because they aren't great quality noises and they are too loud in my opinion. The vibration feature is also super loud. My son doesn't mind it too much, but it can be kind of annoying. It does turn off after like 20 minutes or so, which I don't mind, but others might.

Veronica M.: This little Gadget is exactly what we needed! Our newborn hated being in the car so much that I bought this with the hope that it would help make car rides a little bit more bearable through all of the screaming. It could be a coincidence, but she definitely seemed to handle car rides much better after we started using it. We mostly use it for the vibration so that when the car stops at lights her seat continues to have movement. We have also used it at home clipped to her bassinet to help her fall back to sleep. It's an effective yet inexpensive option to soothe a fussy baby. The only con is that the vibration is loud, especially with new batteries. Like really loud. But that doesn't seem to bother the baby so it was not a deal breaker for us.

Ash: I use/need this product every night and nap for my twins. I co-sleep with them and placed 2 of these between a 5" firm mattress and my old memory foam which I have flipped upside-down so the top mattress is on a firm surface. This way I have created a whole bed soothing vibe and my babies dont even know when I leave after I nurse them. The problem with these machines is that every night I have to check the batteries because it stops working because just one battery is dead. Its always the same battery in each unit. The top battery in one and the middle in the other. Also, it only runs for a short time. It uses so many batteries, and nit any battery can power this. I use the energizer ultimate lithion because it seems to last the longest. If I change all 3 batteries, it is powerful and can last for a couple days with multiple uses. I just wish that it was a longer running segment, and powered from electricity option. This has been my insomnia cure as well as helping me to put my babies to sleep, but I wish it were made better. When I need it is when it stops working. Unreliable.

Tyson S: We use both the vibration and song feature to help calm our child when in the carseat and crib. She cries a lot when in the carseat and when the car stops at lights, so the vibration feature helps with this and the music is a nice calming touch too. We started using it on the crib at night too. Worked so well, got a second one so we don't have to move it back and forth. Velcro straps hold well. With several times a day use, have had to replace batteries after about a month and a half. The 20 minute auto shutoff is a blessing and a curse--good that it automatically shuts off to save battery when my other toddler turns it on without me noticing. Bad when have to restart a couple of times at night. However it is super easy to re-start, just push the button on top. Overall very pleased with this purchase.
