This Bluetooth car kit is the perfect gift for any car enthusiast.Amazon Customer: This product works well enough but it works even better when you use a station that is not total static. If you can barely pick up a station with a lot of static, it does better to feed over that than it does a fully blank broadcast.

Marcy Grant: I didn’t need to read instructions to use this which was awesome! So simple. Just plug it in and tune your radio to the channel set, (or pick a new one if you hear static interference) and connect Bluetooth from your phone and voila, you’re set. The sound quality is wonderful! The display is nice and large and lit up. It looks more expensive than what it costs for sure. I’m so happy I picked this Bluetooth transmitter. There were cheaper ones but they cost the same with shipping and they were much smaller. I personally like this one for how large it is for the price it costs. Such a great deal! I also was happy to see the magnetic attachment for the phone was there too. Haven’t tried it yet, but it too looks extremely easy to assemble and the magnets seem very very strong so it should support the weight of most large phones. I highly recommend!

Donal O'Neill: This device works well and keeps you legal. It is simple to set up. I use it with an iPhone. It would be nice to be able to dim the display at night as it is fairly bright.

Amazon Customer: If you intend on just converting your piece of crap 1980s car stereo to a Bluetooth transmitter to play songs from your phone this is a great product....
I bought this for a mate and filled up a SD card with songs - only to discover there's no folder view function. Stupid af, serially going from song to song from Autopsy to Winter with 1000 songs in-between might take longer than your car journey.
Be warned.

Kristi: This is the third of this type of unit I've purchased. The other two were just, menh. One wouldn't automatically pair and the other one was just clunky and didn't seem to work great. After being told that it would cost over $2,500 to put a middle of the road Bluetooth enabled radio in my convertible, I decided I needed to live with one of these units. Not having an aux or usb port in my older car, I had to go cigarette lighter style. As mentioned above, I tried a couple and quickly scrapped them as junk. Got this one a few weeks ago and what a difference! It pairs automatically every time (Android) and the sound quality is excellent. It has a usb port right on the unit so I can charge my phone while using. It does not have a microphone like my previous units which I thought was going to be a problem as my Samsung S9 is notoriously shitty when on speaker. When in use my phone is mounted behind my steering wheel (no great place to put in this car) and calls are crystal clear on both ends. I called my husband this morning while driving 75 on the highway with the top down and he said there was no interference and I sounded great. My only "complaint" would be it doesn't have an on/off...

Dunnanga: If music is saved in folders there is no direct folder control from this device. You can only access file after file. It would be handy to go to a specific folder. This is the only reason for 4 stars.

Simon: A must for older cars.
My car doesn’t have a fancy car stereo that allows me to Bluetooth music or take calls.
This handy gadget is ideal, you simply plug it in to the cigarette lighter slot, find a spare frequency on the radio, pair to your phone via Bluetooth and you are all sorted!
Once paired with your phone (Which is really easy to do) you can play music and change track from the gadget, you can also receive phones calls hands free.
I like that is has 2 USB ports, I can use one for my Sat Nav and the other to charge my phone. The ‘arm’ from the plug to the display screen is bendable so you can easily move it to any postion you want.
The user interface is very easy to use, I don’t even have to look at mine to change track or the volume etc.
Because this is powered from the cigarette lighter once you turn the engine power off that gadget turns its self off so no need to worry about remembering to turn it off.
It has an SD card slot that you can preload music to but I haven’t used that yet.
I have had a few of these, the problem is when family members/friends get in the car and they see what it can do they usually...

Hogz: This was so easy to set up...less than a minute and I was playing my own music via iPhone through the car speakers. I was quoted £500 to install a cinch socket (aux) in my old Mercedes and was looking at around £200 for the cheapest Bluetooth/aux in stereo so this has saved a ton of cash.
The sound quality is fine as long as you up the volume on your music playing device and the car stereo, that way the adaptor doesn’t need to be turned up too much.

Colt and MissyColt and Missy: I have been using this for a couple weeks. I have a Bluetooth radio in my car but when I got the iphone 8 the bluetooth was incompatible so I though I would give this a try. The unit in general was of good quality, easy to use, and setup. The main thing to remember if you want to get good quality is to find a station that works well.
- The music played through with pretty great quality and no interference that I could hear.
- Bluetooth phone calls. The answer call feature worked great and I could hear clearly through my car speakers but the mic was not good at picking up my voice. Everyone I talked to struggled to hear me. For reference my car has fairly loud exhaust and the mic position is not real close to my head so those are probably contributing factors. None the less it was an issue for me.
- GPS. for some reason when I used the GPS Bluetooth I would always hear interference when the voice would speak out the directions. (Maybe this could be solved by using a different station?)
Update: My wife has been trying this in her car and the issues seem to be better. I will say that her car has a better antenna set up therefore it gets better reception. Mine has the...
