Dan: The "improved" is never as good as the original, and this is no different. The flavor of the original is superior to this version, but it's still good. Also, it clumps when added to water. I have to put a small amount of water in the bottle, add the mix and mix it up, then add the rest of the water or there are major clumps floating around. Still, I continue to buy it.

wingnut: This is different from a previous order. It seems to have a little less flavor but is a little sweeter. Still good, would buy it again.

Randy: I bought these to use with my soda stream maker. The original syrups can be hard to find ad have a decent amount of sugar in them. I got these to try as a replacement for their syrup, and they work quite well as a substitute. I use two packet tubes in one standard size Soda Stream Bottle and it is the perfect amount of flavor. When I dump in the powder, it can make a few little clumps, but shaking the soda for a few seconds breaks all of them up. Flavor wise, these are really good and taste just like the soda to me. I am not sure how they would be in plain water, but they are great in carbonated water.

I grew up addicted to these flavored sodas by Crush. I was on the fast track to diabetes and probably couldn't have cared less if it meant I was able to continue to drink these sodas with the same regularity as someone filling a glass of water at the faucet.

Realizing as I grew older that no one is impressed with a refrigerator filled with just high sugar content soda we suffered through a painful split.

Then these bad boys became available and with a little co2 injection the love affair was back on and remains to be as of this writing. After a quick rendezvous with the DrinkMate these are virtually indistinguishable from their soda counterparts; just without the sugar and instead with whatever poison they replaced it with! I'm on board! Easy 5 stars!!

catlady: I've been buying this product for years. Then the company decided to change the packaging and we couldn't find it anywhere and then we found it being sold on Amazon for an exorbitant amount by an unscrupulous seller. Finally when the packaging issue was solved and the product was shipped out from the manufacture it hit Amazon and so we ordered it. One other thing we found was that the manufacture changed the taste. It has more strawberry flavor and we really like it. We mix this with lemonade powder and make our own strawberry lemonade drink. So I think the changes that were made were positive. I'll keep buying.
