Daniela C. Rideout: It’s beautifully made and heavy duty, I almost think it’s too heavy duty. It’s very thick and I feel like it’s pretty heavy during the summer. My dog is over 80 lbs.

ElenaElena: I love how this collar looks, absolutely, but I wish it fit so that the name plate was exactly equal distance from the D-ring (so the name would be right in the center behind my dog’s ears and the tags would fall naturally to the center of his neck under his chin). I also wish the entire length of the collar had the black and red so no matter how it spins you still see the red

Anonymous Comment: I have a year old Rottweiler/Pit bull mix that keeps pulling his tags off when he plays in the yard. I wanted a thicker collar for him because it doesn’t disappear under his neck fur. This collar was perfect for both of those things. With the purple stripe matching his other harnesses and leashes, as well as the etched name plate, this collar was beautiful and functional and seems very sturdy and durable, which is important for my high-energy troublemaker. It is also fancy enough to still match with any time I want to fancy him up, and sturdy enough to walk him on, despite his tendency to lunge towards any dog he sees (and to try to run away from cats, because he’s afraid of them) overall a beautiful product that is sure to help him always be identifiable, especially when he jumps the fence and escapes, which he does when he finds something to stand on. (Even then, he only needs a 1 foot boost to jump our 6 foot fence)

The only cons I can find are that the nameplate lettering looks dark brown and burned instead of black and clean, and since it shipped from China, it took almost two weeks from the day it shipped to get here. (I live in the Western US)

Unfortunately, my fault entirely, I ordered a tiny bit too large hoping by the time Benji opened his Christmas gifts, it would fit. He was only 9 months old. Almost big enough to wear his new Bling now. Matches his new winter coat and new black leather leash perfectly. Thanks!

The product received was exactly what was expected and it looks great. It's well made and the personalization was as requested. Plus, I had just guessed at the size and it fits perfectly.
As a note to the manufacturer/seller: It would be nice to have more personalization space and/or to be able to designate the lines of personalization. 30 characters really isn't enough room and I don't feel like my preferred inscription would be asking too much: His name is Winston (7 characters) and I wanted to have both of our phone numbers (10+ characters each). To make this fit, I had to leave out the dashes... what I wanted: "Winston 555-123-4567 555-123-4567" (33 characters when you include spaces) vs. what I had to do: "Winston 5551234567 5551234567" (29 characters). It would have only been 4 more characters, for which there was actually room (see picture). If I had wanted to use an address or anything other than phone numbers, that was truly impossible. Nonetheless, I got what I ordered, it looks good, and it will certainly work the way that it is. Now, maybe you can improve this for the future.
That was just a comment but not really a problem. If had to call...
