Dan B.Dan B.: I am really hard on purses, but this one has held out. Got for Xmas last year, so it's really a great track record. My only cpkaint is the zippers. They are sort of hard to zip & unzip. Especially the one in the middle. It takes two hands. That's annoying, but all for all, it's a sturdy bag.

Grace Robinson: Amazon delivery had been a bit rough with my bag so there was a small chunk taken out of the leather on the back right side. Because of that, when I would put my phone in my back right pocket, the bag wore really quickly from the damaged part. Before I could even think about leaving a review or contacting the seller, they had reached out and asked about delivery and my thoughts on the bag. I told them about the delivery issue not expecting much - can’t control the delivery guy! And they immediately offered a fully refund or a new bag. I did get a new bag because I think it is so cute, exactly what I wanted! Regardless of delivery damage, I imagine it will wear somewhat quickly if it rubs on the same thing in the same spot for a while so I’ll avoid keeping my phone in my pocket while wearing but other than that, you definitely get a great bag for the price.

Amber Waxler: I have been using the purse for a couple of weeks, and I really like it. It is so roomy, and cute. I did not like the smell when it arrived. The purse came with a little tea tree air freshener packet, and I opened it and still have it in the purse. The smell eventually went away, but it took a long time. Horrible smell!

Goju: This bag looks like an expensive designer bag. Great tan color (like leather), Very roomy, and lots of pockets. 1 inside zip and 2 zip pockets on front and 1 larger one on back that is perfect to hold the free wristlet (awesome) that came with it to pull out and take with you when you don’t want to bring the whole bag. I put my car key, hand sanitizer, mask, and chapstick in it and it’s great!

I really loved the look, style, and quality of this bag, but when I took it out of the plastic bag, it had a major fishy odor! It didn’t bother my husband, but it did me. I looked up why and it’s a known cause with PU leather.

**To get rid of the smell, I first tried putting it outside in the cold (20 degrees) for 4+ hours, but that didn’t help much. I tried febreeze (Don’t) and dryer sheets (ok). What ended up working was first wiping the bag down with vinegar. I took a paper towel and saturated it with vinegar and the wiped the whole bag down and let it air dry. I then put it in an XXL ziplock bag (a garbage bag might work too) with an opened brand new box of baking soda and the kept the ziplock closed for 24 hours. I did this twice.
