The battery inside the bulb rattled meaning it wouldn’t hold a charge and when you try to take apart the compartment is not easily to access and should come with a more durable cover for the battery and access. You shouldn’t need to buy a new bulb to get the lighting as advertised

Amazon Customer: Nice metal construction. Adequately sturdy and attractive finish. The rear ‘fan blade’ spins occasionally but the front one is unbalanced and only rocks back & forth.
Update: returned and replaced. 2nd unit spins as it should. Very satisfied with this item and the customer service provided.

Lorrie, Connecticut: Pretty colors, spins with slightest breeze, well made, securely packaged, great size, sturdy pole and ground insert. Saw other reviews, so will bring in flower spinners if expecting stormy strong windy weather. Looks wonderful in a garden planter pot as well as directly into the ground. Price was so reasonable as opposed to those on market much more expense and no where as nice as this one. Only negative and hardly noticeable flaw is there are several paint marks and small gaps in welding on flower, but they are located on the backside where no one sees them, so no big issue for me.

Gary E. VorheesGary E. Vorhees: The reason for 4 stars instead of 5. 1st, it is beautiful, however, it does not rotate with the wind, which it needs to do to continue spinning. I solved the problem by assembling just the top 2 sections, taking a section of 3/4 heavy black plastic water pipe. Attaching it to a post with hose clamps (don't overnighter it or it won't rotate) lubricate the top 2 sections you've assembled, then slide into the water pipe. Rotate it a couple of times to spread out the lubricant. Then it works perfectly. I know you shouldn't have to do that, but it was too pretty to send back. Besides, I like to solve problems. Hopefully the manufacturer will get the hint and make it rotate from the beginning, others have done it.

Update: had the spinner since 1st part of June this year (2023). We love it, it is beautiful, however, as you see in the last 2 pictures, the weld broke on the arm holding the spinner, which goes into the elbow. That caused the spinner to drop to the ground, bending the blades. From past experience, trying to straighten the blades usually results in them snapping off. Beautiful Gardens say they will help up to 180 days. I can't figure out how to contact them?????
