Patto: Adjustable ankle weights were all I could get locally. They were cumbersome, loose fitting and kept sliding up my calves when I did leg lifts.
On Amazon i found just what I needed — simple one-pound ankle weights. They fit my ankles snugly and are comfortable. They make leg lifts almost fun. If I want to increase the weight to 2 pounds, I’ll simply order the 2-pound ankle weight. This is so much better than struggling with an adjustable product.

Amazon Customer: It looks like you get different weights with the one strap, but this is not accurate. Also, they charge almost half the price of the item if you want to return it. Not happy.
