dhahrangirl: These help me to make it through the day. Unforunately, they don't stick well, especially for an hour after showering or anytime your skin gets damp (sweat, humidity, etc). I prefer Hab...trol for the stickiness. I used vape pens to help me quit smoking, and use these when I can't vape (shopping, hanging out with my nephew, etc).

LE: Just finished 1st box. Down from 10-12 cigs a day to 3. Definitely cuts cravings. Just try to stay away from other smokers for a bit. I also stop drinking for the time being. I quit for 2 wks a few months ago until I decided to go have a few drinks, around smokers....
If you slip up or smoke more just stick w the patch. It itches a little the first 5-10 minutes but it subsides. Just find the right spot to place it. Just not close to the heart. Good luck!!
