Marie: This product does what it promises. The 12oz tumbler is the perfect size to fit under the Kureg and Nespresso machines. Hold its heat amazing. Never had it leak yet! When cleaning do no put in dishwasher. The lid seals nicely and very easy to clean no small hard to reach parts.

ShoBizPro: I love the fact that this thing is dishwasher safe and still holds the heat into my morning coffee well. I have one that is too good and it never cools down enough for me to drink and another where within an hour it’s cold. This is a nice balance. It stays warm for about 4-6 hours after brewing in the morning which gives me time to drink it when things get hectic. And no leaking when I put a full cup in the side of my backpack to head out the door.
My only negative is that trying to unscrew the top after finishing the coffee is tough sometimes but I guess that’s what makes it leak proof. If you fill it up to the threading, when you go to put the lid on it makes a mess pushing it out the sides. If you leave the drink opening uncovered it doesn’t do that (you know pressure of air we learned in school).

kckc: I love the colour and concept being that this keeps drink temps stable for a longer period of time. I also love that it is leak proof. But I have to say it is quite uncomfortable to drink out of :( The flap that opens and closes to seal the container while flipped open, bumps my nose (and I have quite a small nose!). I want to love this cup but just can't for this reason. I won't bother returning it but I just hope they will improve on the design in future by either recessing the flap more when open, or better yet, by raising the spout area more so that the lips can reach the spout to create more of a seal to avoid spills/leaks.
Shipping was super fast, it arrived almost 4 days earlier than expected.
UPDATE: Sadly, the lid cracked due to pressure build up (don't ever even loosely close the lid too soon after filling with hot liquid). Anyway, I called customer service and they were great. They refunded me and told me to just toss the cup so I didn't have to deal with sending it back. I ended up ordering another one and it's been great so far. I've sort of gotten used to drinking out of it though it's still slightly awkward. I hope they redesign it slightly in future as I...

loveurneighbor: This is definitely the best travel mug I have EVER had. It really doesn't leak. Really! I am a clutz and I have yet to have this cup spill on me! It really is a vacuum seal. Read the instructions and leave the lid partly open when you first put a hot beverage in. I only had an issue opening the cup once because of the vacuum seal. Whew boy! That lid was on tight. HA! But I got it off without any additional tools needed. It's gorgeous too. I got the teal blue one and it washes so well. No dents or scratches yet! I have had it for about a month. I am definitely going to get one at home so I don't have to keep microwaving my coffee when it gets cold.

Amazon CustomerAmazon Customer: I REALLY like this cup. I at first wanted the 16oz, but they didn't have that in this color, which is the color of a (just as good) water bottle I already have from them.

It's the perfect size! It fits right in my hand, and holds a good enough amount of coffee that it still takes me 1-2 hours to finish it.

It's easy to clean, leakproof, and the straw is a very nice and welcome addition.

The only small con I have is that the lid does get some condensation on it with my iced coffee. However, it still didn't leak and it's not a big issue.
