Mandalyn: Updated: Missing Pieces were found buried in the box. Must have fallen out of the package in shipping! I'm not sure why they were shipped outside of the main container, that could prevent problems like this in the future.
Missing the small serving forks and spoons pictured. I needed it for an event tomorrow. Disappointed.
The pieces that were sent seem sturdy and nicely made though. Maybe I can find the serving utensils locally.

Jess: The knife, flat knife and spreader are great, clean well in dishwasher. The only tool i don't use much is the wire cut since it doesn't have enough tension & I haven't figured out how to mess with it without breaking it.
