Kimberly or "Scarlett": I got one of their planners for Christmas last year and it is the first planner I have actually stayed motivated to use efficiently. There is not anything extra special about it other than the blunt and direct wording throughout the planner, which works with my personality perfectly!
The only thing I dislike about these planners is they Only coming in 18 months so if you buy a new one each year you will waste 6 month in either your old planner or new planner. The one I got for Christmas last year I covered the unusable pages with blank paper and used them for other information like bullet journal pages.

Dianne Kirby: This is the 2nd year I've ordered this calendar. It's pretty and sassy all at the same time ! Love it ! Even though my 1st calendar did an unwrap thing with the spiral binder, I will be more careful with this 2nd one to assure it doesn't happen again. Pages are nice thickness and there is lots of room to write everything you need. Comes with fun stickers, if you like to be even more sassy.
