No damage! I was so stressed out that it was going to get effed in shipping. Its absolutely prestine. Many people complained about their freezer getting dented, but that is your shipping company being the D-Bag. (That...and stuff happens...)
Gets cold just fine, and it is pretty quiet. The ONLY complaint I have, is that the power cord could be a foot or so longer. I am not docking stars for that, this freezer is amazing so far. If it takes a dump I will update my review, but I can't see that happening.
The box lifted straight up and kablam, a freezer apeared. Packaging was pretty damn good. Buy it, love it, you are welcome.
Maaaaybe pray to the shipping gods that they don't Ace Ventura the hell out of your box. Good luck!

Dianne Edwardson: My husband goes on an annual camping trek to Montana for archery elk season. He was successful with a monster kill but there was too much meat for packing in coolers so we ordered a 7cf chest freezer we placed it in the back of our truck and it fit well between the cab of the truck and the fifth wheel hitch. When we had electrical power, we plugged it in. When not, we ran it on our generator. It transported our frozen items back to Arkansas with no temperature fluctuation. This was the perfect save to a wonderful hunting trip.
