Davia: I used these needles for four at-home piercings - 2 lobes, my septum and my navel. They're extremely sharp and my skin put up next to no resistance. They went through my lobes and septum really smoothly with minimal pain. My navel put up a bit of a fight, but that's not the needles' fault. I used the 16g for my lobes, 14g for my septum and 12g for my navel.

Renee Williams: Bought these to have enough needles for at home nose piercing just in case there was a dull one or jewelry didn’t fit needle and needed to resize needle with choices available. Used 20G L shaped nose ring with 18G needle and got my nose piercing done the first try. Needle was very sharp and came with tip covered to protect from poking through packaging. Now I have plenty more needles to use for more ear piercings and maybe a second nose piercing like my septum or other side. Would definitely recommend these!

Debi Perkins: Only used 4 since that's all I've needed so far, they did the job and had no negative effects (no allergic reaction, infection, or tearing. I am NOT a professional, I did my own ears, and my husband's, as we are consenting adults. That said, please do not pierce yourself or others without doing some research, and understanding the risks. These needles have served their purpose for me and I am comfortable recommending them to a person who is confident in their abilities.

Chelsea B.Chelsea B.: I used to have several piercings in my ears and had taken them out some time ago and unfortunately they closed up on me so I bought this set of needles in order to redo those piercings.
The needles are well packaged, all individually bagged with a guard on the point of the needle. They are extremely sharp! No issues poking through tough cartilage. The sizing was also correct, I was able to take my 14g bar and thread it through with the 14g needle as I did my industrial. Worked like a charm.
Along with good needles, make sure you are working with other equally as sanitary materials while piercing to avoid infection. I used gloves and cork to catch the needle while piercing. Use a NEW needle for each hole. Never reuse one. After care was gentle washing with Antibacterial Gold Dial soap on a QTip and dabbing with salt water. This picture is a few days after. No reddness, no swelling, no tenderness.
There is more then enough needles in this package for what I plan to do, but if I ever needed to order more, I would definitely reorder these.
