Ackond: Easy to use and doesn't hurt very much. I would suggest waiting a couple of months before switching the earring because mine swelled shut after taking the earring out.

Wendy Garrison: Way back when I had my ears pierced... as time went on (30+years!) I haven't been wearing earrings as often. One ear was fine, but one ear had partially closed. During this holiday weekend one of my "things to do" was get the one re-pierced so I could start wearing earrings again. With covid etc, it's been harder than not finding a place to do it, then found this kit on Amazon. Now, don't let the listing fool you, it's the basic system, 2 pre-loaded units to pierce 2 ears. I only needed one, so figured I was safe. This kit does not include a pen (included in other kits), but did include 2 alcohol wipes. I used it to re-pierce my ear (using the existing partial hole so I didn't need to mark where I was going) and just put the other one into my other existing hole in the other ear. Super easy, I thought it would be harder, but it wasn't. Super simple. NO INSTRUCTIONS IN BOX so make sure you look online or know what's going on before you just start doing it.
