Amazon Customer: I think they did help at a point when I was suffering from low supply...that happens on and off for me. They actually feel really nice when warm and go nicely with a warm cup of tea. Kind of like a heating pad. Set of two.

Amazon Customer: I had some difficulty starting to breastfeed my 2nd baby - a lot of nipple pain and general soreness from engorgement (especially at the beginning!). A friend of mine recommended this product to me. But like an idiot, I ignored her advice thinking it probably wouldn't help and that I don't really need it. Then - bam. Mastitis. Ughhhhhhh. As if I wasn't sleep deprived and uncomfortable enough, my breast was KILLING me and I felt like I'd been hit by a truck. High fever, sore muscles throughout my body - the works. I went to the doctor right away who prescribed a course of antibiotics and...moist heat! My doctor also said that the moist heat would probably help my nipple pain and discomfort from engorgement, and using moist heat regularly would help prevent a future recurrence of mastitis (apparently when you get it once, you're at a higher risk for it coming back). The doctor told me that I should warm a washcloth and hold it against my skin through out the day and then take as many hot showers as I could (this made me laugh - I'm a new mom - I dont have time for ONE shower in a day!). Maki Tanigaki: Purchased these as a gift for a new mother - part of a "first time mom" kit including other little known essentials like saline drops, gripe water, vitamin d drops. She loves them! I nursed my now toddler for 20 months and really struggled for the first 6 weeks. I wish these had been around when I was nursing. I dealt with engorgement pain, clogged ducts, and (around 6 months into nursing) supply issues. I tried everything from pieces of cabbage to carefully balancing hot and cold compresses on my chest (along with every other Pinterest home remedy tip). Being able to tuck these pads into a nursing bra would've been great. My new mom friend has ordered more so she can keep a couple in the refrigerator at all times. Definitely adding to my gift basket list for future mama friends.

Jenna kresa: I just got mine yesterday, I'm battling mastitis right now and a reocurring clog, so far I'm loving it. I only got one since I only have issues with one side. I love that I can have moist heat without having to put a washcloth in a baggie down my bra. It also holds the heat really well, I had it on for over an hour this morning and it was still warm. The only down side for me is that I wish it came with 2 clothes, I litterally have moist heat on my one side for most of the day just to keep that side from clogging so I worry that not having that cloth dry all the way it will start to smell. I am going to have to look into getting another one so I can change them out.

Jessica N.: It's a good idea, but maybe because I'm in Canada. I found it very pricey for just one breast pad. I thought there would be two as most people usually have two nipples. The heat aspect is very nice though.
