Lady: This was my first time using this kind of product. So at first I didn’t know they are sold empty and I had to purchase fuel for it, no problem just wish it was made clear when I went to purchase it. In order to use it I watched a YouTube video, it was easy to fill just be careful not to over fill, or get your fingers wet. If you do wipe it and your fingers off before proceeding. Okay now insert the match back in it’s case let it soak for a few minutes then remove it and strike the match against the pharaoh rod on the side. Some people pull the match down the rod, some people push the match up the rod. For me it was more of a touch in the middle of the rod with a little pressure and pull down. So play around and find what works for you. Watch a few YouTube videos about this kind of match, but don’t give up without trying it’s not magic so put some effort into understanding how to use it, because it’s so simple and convenient after you figure out how to use it.
