Sullivan: Couldn't stand the strong smell even before it was unbagged, certainlydidn'twantmy clothes/house reeking of it. ... But.... the discovered long lasting, overwhelming perfume scent is great for deterring spiders and rodents, at low cost. Clumps of sheets left in garage cabinets 6 months ago still smelling up the place and no invaders! ...avoid if you are chemical odor intolerant!! Sure hope it's back in stock soon, I've got other outdoor spots to de-pest!

WILLIAM T STRANATHAN: These drier sheets do not stay crispy in milk. These drier sheets don't soften hands while you do dishes. These drier sheets do not have 5 independent floating blades. These drier sheets do not prevent cavities. What these drier sheets do is soften your clothes when used as per the directions. As an added bonus, they make your clothes smell nice (when used as per the directions). And as with most Amazon products, they do so at a much more affordable price than similar, more mainstream products. If you're looking for a drier sheet that stays crispy in milk, you might try Cap'n Crunch.

noss: I do all the laundry in my family, so I like to make sure I'm doing it in the most ruthlessly efficient manner possible. That said, I often find myself reading reviews on dryer softener sheets at 3am, and having done exhaustive research so you don't have to, let me tell you dear reader that while they may show up on your doorstep smelling like the smellfactory exploded, they're not overpowering when you run a load through your dryer. They will make your laundry room smell nice though! They smell of generic springtime/fresh rain/sunshine/whatever the marketing nerds decided this smell is, and seem to do a good job cutting down the number of times I get zapped by static electricity in the winter. And let's be real for a moment shall we? Do we really need more than that from our ever-faithful laundry companion the humble fabric softener sheet?
Buy these. They smell ok and do their job well enough.
