When I bought this, it was fifteen before tax. So a lot of my review will be based on the quality for the price I paid.
I would say that it was a great value for the money, however, this pillow is SOOO loud. I am constantly waking my husband up when I have to change the side I'm sleeping on. When I don't use the pillow, he doesn't wake up when I move. It is very crinkly sounding, like a pillow that has a protective cover on it, but this one doesn't have the plastic-like cover. I'm not sure what is making all of the noise, but if it had cost more than fifteen, I would have returned it and spent even more money on a quieter option. I do have a soft cotton zippered cover on it, but it is still very loud.
As far as comfort goes, once I get settled, it is very comfortable. I mostly wanted it for between my knees. My hips line up better and I don't wake up sore when I use this pillow. I do tend to shake some of the stuffing down to one end of it to make it fluffier, so that probably helps with the overall thickness of the pillow.
So, I do feel this was a good value for the money I spent, but it is loud.

Really enjoying this body pillow. I was suprised at the quality considering the price. I soft and fluffy and long enough to be a full body pillow head included, I'm not short either I'm 5'9" and over 200lbs so It's very nice to find one that's the right size.. I have issues laying on my ears and need extra stomach and knee support. My only concern is since it's so fluffy it might flatten out over time like my last one. I intend to fluff this pillow regularly to try to avoid that but we'll see. I will update if this or any other issues come up. But considering the price and quality I would definitly recommend this.

Remember when bed-buddies first came on the market, how they were heavy and clunky? They must've been filled wIth some very dense material to make them so heavy. If you wanted to move the old style buddies while in bed, you had to actually get up out of bed and fold the bed sheets down, then lug the item to the other side. And since they were heavy, they couldn't support your body in its natural conformation. It was almost as if the bed-buddy owned the bed and YOU were the enemy, trying to get the right shape!
And since the old style buddies didn't breathe, they could cause you to feel too hot in bed.
Well my new BioPEDIC SofLOFT is totally different! I've thrown out my old buddies.

I don't have a headboard for my bed frame, and I was getting tired and frustrated of waking up every morning to find that most of my pillows had fallen into the gap between the bed and the wall. Since I can't afford a headboard, I thought I would try getting one of these long pillows and hopefully that would fill the gap.
Good news! It was the perfect fix. The length of the pillow is just about as long as my queen sized bed and it's the perfect size to put into that gap. Sure, sometimes the long pillow falls into the gap but it prevents any of the other ones from falling in there too which is exactly what I was trying to do.
As far as quality, it's just your average pillow. I didn't buy it for its comfort or how soft it might be (I highly recommend memory foam pillows with a neck curve if you're looking for maximum comfort--you'll seriously never want to use any other pillow again), although it is quite soft. It wouldn't offer much support for your head or neck, but I imagine since it's a long pillow it would likely be used for the body instead of the head. In either case, it's a soft pillow but not very supportive.
