Ann: I am a picky body pillow user because I have back and shoulder problems and I ned the support throughout the night, so I don't mind paying more for something that works and holds its shape night after night. So far this one is doing the job, very plump, hasn't flattened out in the first few days like a couple of others I have tried, and the quality of the fabric and construction is very good (I have a lot of experience with fabrics) so I appreciate that too. Even the pillow case included is lovely. I have only had the pillow a few nights, but at this point I am not noticing any signs of deterioration in shape and in my own experience that is often evident early on with other body pillows. NOTE: it is a bit wider than others and because of the substantial fill it takes up a bit more room in the bed, something to consider of space is an issue for you, but for me this is a bonus as it gives more support.

ArkenArken: The pillow case is perfect fit and it’s made well. Super comfy for all angles of sleeping. I purchased it on Oct 10 but super disappointed that today it has a 30.00 coupon to apply at checkout. I over paid obviously for mine . I suggest you add to your cart and wait a week before u checkout, they may have a coupon saving for the buyer.

B. Smith: This is a very nice quality body pillow! The cover is beautifully made, lots of quality features (gusseted sides, small cording along edges, zipper cover, replacement cover, soft quilted finish on one side and smooth unquilted finish on the flip side) It popped out of the vacuum packaging and following their instructions, very easily and quickly plumped up. It's just the right size - not too big or too small. I'm a side sleeper and this will really help with my need for support while also preventing me from rolling too far forward.

Interior Girl: I purchased this body pillow to hopefully relieve the Arthritis pain in my knees. When it arrived, it was vacuum packed and I didn't even need a day for it to puff up. The pillow case that came with it is very nice and soft as well. It has really made a difference with the Arthritis I have in my knees. I can sleep more comfortably with my knee resting on the pillow. The only problem I have is that I have Osteoarthritis and Rheumatoid Arthritis in my shoulders as well, so I can't address both problems with the one pillow. It does however, ease the pain in the one shoulder, by resting it on the pillow as well. It comes exactly as described and arrived within two days with my Prime Membership. I certainly would recommend this product.

Tammy Machut: This pillow is nice and long so it fits well from below the knees to the shoulders which helps keep the spine more stable. It's firm, which is also helpful. It was a bit wide and caused a bit of a bed hogging situation. I remedied this by folding it in half length wise and wrapping it with 2 ace bandages, effectively making a bit of a roll out of it. That made is just about perfect. I may pull a small amount of the filling out of it but am trying a few days with it as is. I'm guessing I won't need to. With an ugly back injury, this pillow is already helping me to have a better nights sleep and wake up a bit less sore. Great value for a pillow that I'm sure to use for a very long time as it is very well made. The pillow cover was an added bonus since it's not a traditional size.

H. Leisure: There were no reviews on this product when I ordered it the other day so I knew I was taking a chance. So far this pillow looks like a steal at this price (it was $28 and change at the time of purchase). After opening the Amazon box, I noted the pillow came folded in half in a double-layer sealed plastic bag with the white pillow cover folded up inside it. It was not vacuum packed so you're not expecting to have to wait a day for it to fluff up to its full size.

Everything is white. There was no chemical odor other than smelling like a new cotton & polyester pillow or sheet set I just got at Walmart or wherever, and I am a migraineur who is sensitive to that kind of stuff. One side of the pillow is quilted, one side is smooth, it's gusseted which is a bonus if you want to wrap part of it up under your head (most body pillows are not gusseted and are not so awesome for lying the head on as it makes your neck angle more sharply), the cover is cotton. Expect some wrinkles. Since I don't have one of those wrinkle steamer things, I used a little bit of Febreeze and a heat gun I normally use for drying art stuff to smooth things out a bit.
