Booch: I've always had sleep troubles. Ibuprofen PMs, Melatonin, others.. none of them work as well as this. Have to find what dose works for you. For me, it's one. Two, and I'm restless, but one does the job well.

FL Traveler: I have tried the ZMA for about 5 days now. I am sleeping through the night and am not getting severe calf cramps like I was. I normally get up three or four times during the night to relieve myself and wake up tired. Also, have tried Somnifix with the ZMA and my mouth doesn’t get dried out as much as before.
