TBno: I was on the hunt for this specific blend as they'll help me sleep which they did. As I've gotten older I've realized that how well and long I sleep equals how well I feel and function the next day. I do take a lot of supplements, but in small, lower doses than recommended. I believe supplements have successfully aided in rebuilding my body, mind and spirit after surviving 2 different cancer's, 2 surgery's and experienced extreme side effects from chemotherapy. Also battle psoriatic arthritis (PsA) and STRESS which this blend is also perfect for. Glad I discovered Smarter Vitamins with Time Released 5-HTP, B6 and organic hemp oil which doesn't contain any unhealthful ingredients like magnesium stearate. Thank-you!!

Matt Randolph: I got this item same day shipping, and took it at 10:00 pm. I did notice a (good)difference that night. I will continue to take it to see how it is long term. My dreams were very vivid, maybe because I was reading an Action book before I fell asleep. I naturally have problems falling asleep (and staying asleep all night) on my own and I have been researching and experimenting with many different products. When I saw this on Amazon and read the reviews, it just seemed like a quality product. I will update this review after I have given it time to properly evaluate the whole bottle. I have tried many different combinations, but I had never used 5-HTP in any form. Being able to see a difference the first night is a good start.

Sarah: CAUTION WHEN TAKING THIS “VITAMIN”!!!
This product caused me to develop severe Peripheral Neuropathy and B6 toxicity for the 3 weeks I took it and my symptoms are still present one month after I stopped taking product. My doctor says SYMPTOMS MAY NOT BE reversible and only time will tell. I caution anyone dabbling with this product and/or ANY product from SmarterVitamins!!!
Initially caused me to vomit profusely within an hour of taking them, even with food. I have a bit of a sensitive stomach so I chalked it up to that, even though I would be sick to my stomach for the rest of the day. Then I started getting dizzy and my hands started doing tasks backwards. I would look at my hands and try to move them one way and they would move the other way. I started dropping things a lot, then I noticed my hips and pelvis would recede inward and push my lower back outward. I started having balance problems and noticed my feet would only hold the weight of my body on one side; I would try steadying my gait and would start to fall over. My scalp was numb and felt like pins and needles, and at the same time cognition was awful...but my mood was better at first, so much better...
