Ernie McFerrin: We are very pleased with this item as is our Jack Russell. It allows ease of motion and seems to fit her very well. Be aware that you need to make several adjustments to the fit initially so as to assure that you have the proper fit. We got it right and our dog acts as if it not even there. We really like the lift handle capability.

AshPAshP: First swim went well, my boyfriend liked the handle and said it felt sturdy. She ran around in it before going in the water and didnt seem to slow her down. One thing that I was bummed about is that the image shows multiple white stripes like the red and blue. In reality, its just two white stripes. Still cute, just misleading

Minnieme103: I really like this life vest. It made my pup feel secure and safe in the water. However he is a boy and I have a feeling the jacket was made for females. It was super long and irritated his wiener. If I had gotten the size down I was scared it would have been too small but I’m not sure if irritating his wiener is worth it either... we shall see the next time we go out if it’s more comfortable
Edit: ok so I ordered an extra small and it fits so much better. Disregard the previous statement. It is a little short on the back but that’s ok because it ends at the perfect spot on his stomach to not irritate his wiener. When he was getting used to it, he did little hip flexors which made me think he was a little uncomfortable but that’s to be expected for him in any clothes lol. Now to see if I can return the small lol

Janet Haskell: I bought this for our one year old teacup chihuahua’s first beach trip. I was very worried that an ocean wave would sweep her away if she played in the surf.
Turns out she loves playing the surf! I found it very reassuring that she had the safety vest on and would be safe if she caught a wave. We took her deeper in the water and let her paddle around with the vest on. So cute! The handle on the top of the vest came in handy many times when we just wanted to grab her and take her along with us.
Overall, I highly recommend this safety vest! The peace of mine it provides is priceless. The vest held up well with daily use on our week long beach trip. It dries fairly quickly and seems to be very durable. I expect to be using it for years to come.

Not todayNot today: This vest was the perfect amount of buoyant for our 65lb labradoodle, adjusted perfectly to fit his girth, and was really visible. I liked the clip on the back, so he could jump in and out of the water, while still attached to his leash, and the handle was convenient for helping pull him in and out of the water.
