H J B: This is a good spice, it smells and tastes like a high quality Cajun spike pot... but there is frankly too much salt in it. Way too much! If you're like me and you take a supermarket (Waitrose) pot of Cajun seasoning and completely smother your food, avoid this product as the salt volume will make it inedible. However, if you enjoy a light dusting (very light?), this product is about right for you.
