CKE: I last had this when I was offshore on an oil rig in West Africa with a largely American crew.
It was such a flavour sensation at the time. I bought it as soon as I came home and then I forgot to replace it and forgot all about it until I came across it on Amazon recently. It goes well on everything!!!

JJO: This is my go to Cajun spice on grilled chicken. It gives the skin a little crunch and great flavor. 16 oz size per container. It's heavy with sodium so that may be a concern if you're watching your diet.
