Karin C Springer: I am an ultra runner who chafes in many places, particularly under the breasts. I have used a variety of products and have found that they don't last beyond 13-15 miles before needing to reapply. I tried this and LOVE it. I recently ran 32 miles non stop on rain and never once needed to reapply. It is greasy when you first spray on but I don't rub it in and it is perfect. It does not leave any grease marks on my shirts or sports bras. I highly recommend this.

JT: i purchased this for my daughter who is a swimmer. she typically has a really difficult time changing into her tech suit after warm up but this has helped significantly. just make sure to dry off as well as possible before spraying. i did accidentally spray my feet when helping her and it did make my shoes VERY slippery for a while, so beware! i did find this easier to use than the sticks.

Debeck: This is more expensive than my usual TriSlide however TriSlide does not offer any canisters less than 4oz to be airplane carryon possible. This brand is just as good as TriSlide and half marathon approved! I use these anti-chafe sprays for running and triathlons. They are AMAZING! I used to chafe in my armpits during Ironmans, because I found the sticks (BodyGlide) did nothing to protect in the swim/bike/run combo. This stuff works wonders! I love travelling for races too. Usually my bike becomes my checked luggage and the rest of my tri gear can fit in a (very full) carryon. This is why I need an anti-chafe spray less than 4oz. These canisters last forever too. I bought this one back in October and have hardly dented it. For the 4oz TriSlide, even with heavy use it might last up to a year. You hardly need any spray at all to be completely slick. :)

Also, I believe this has already been mentioned but definitely DO NOT spray these anti-chafe lubricants on your body while standing over hard surfaces like wood or tile floors. Unless you want to slide completely across your floor in one step, put a towel down first or move to a carpeted area.... :) This stuff is not oily either...
