Clarissa: This product has a sweet coconut smell to it and i love it ! So with this product you roll it onto your skin and put on the waist band after. I would not suggest to wear it on its own cause it may mess up your clothes. I have very sensitive skin and this product does not irritate it at all

Gas: I'll start with what I loved about it. It's meant to make you sweat and bottom line, IT WORKS!!! Once you start moving and your body starts to heat up, the sweat just forms and drips off of you. I love that. It shows me that it's working. Some may say it's too "greasy" and it may be, but it's not something that bothers me if I'm going to work out anyway and I am showering afterwards.

Now for the unfortunate part and the only real reason I didn't give this 5 stars. I bought the roll-on tube for the specific purpose that I didn't want to rub it my hands and then my body (shoulders, belly, lower back, etc). However, the tube I received was faulty and the bottom roller portion just fell off (could've just been bad batch). So now, I have to actually stick my fingers inside and pull out the sweet sweat and rub is on myself. Again, not a huge inconvenience but something I didn't plan on, hence my reason for purchasing the roll on.

I will be buying more in the future and I'm crossing my fingers that this one works properly.

So here it is; NOTHING in this product creates thermogenesis. Nothing. This is literally fancified coconut oil. That being said, the oils IN the product smell really good. And will moisturize your skin. But you could slather yourself with coconut oil before a workout. And get the same effect 😅.
This product will oil stain your workout wear. So this is something you’re going to want to wear your grungy clothes. OR go topless. Or… bottomless if you’re rubbing it on your thighs (as this product indicates people do).
A lot of false claims on the label and “targeted slimming” DOES NOT WORK. It’s scientifically proven, you cannot slather a stick of coconut oil on ONE area of your body to lose weight. Workout and eat right 🤷‍♀️
I give it 3 stars because this will most definitely give you softer skin and a better over all skin texture (vitamin e oil helps smooth cellulite and stretch marks). Plus it smells great. But yeah. This isn’t a miracle cure. Buy it if you have the money and you...
