Betty: I wanted something my 13 month old grandson could not destroy immediately. And I had planned to have these laminated but the card stock is so thick and hard almost like cardboard, but harder that I probably will not laminate them. The goal will be to just keep them dry and make sure he doesn't fold them in half! Which I think would be kind of hard for him to do but still possible! The size of the letters on the card is kinda small in comparison to the size of the card. But that is my only complaint! And that's the reason I did not give 5 stars!!
