stewart: Is a glass break sensor so not sure why it asks for a star rating for motion detection. Would assume it works but hopefully wont have windows broken so i will never find out for sure

Steve S.: Was pleasantly surprised at how easy it was to install. I'm not a big cellphone user but the app was easy to install and use. Needed a bit of help with the app as we have 2 buildings and 2 systems. The help desk was awesome, not a lot of waiting or being moved from one tech to another. ?All the techs spoke excellent English.

Nice Container, No Product!: What can I say about SimpliSafe products; innovative, easy to install, and great home alarm monitoring, and always evolving. I am one of those people who had hard wired alarm system from the late 90’s thru the early 2000’s. Alarm monitoring and installation was increasingly becoming more expensive. Then if you had any equipment problems, you had to utilize a technician who would charge a service fee to resolve your problem. Then came a new independent company called SimpiSafe with all wireless components coupled with cheap monitoring. I have been with the ever since... Now their equipment and monitoring is state of the art!
