ian burrows: Thought the trays would be more solid to hold and keep pencils but the trays are useless now have to purchase wood trays to keep them in tidly

I actually bought for my husband since he loves to draw n tattoo, he was really happy with the product especially the watercolor pencils... AmazonCustomerAmazonCustomer: The media could not be loaded.  This is an amazing set! The colors are very beautiful, and the pencils are so smooth and great quality. It comes with so many very good items, and it's definitely more than worth the price. It's not your average "eh, it'll probably be decent enough.." art set. It's your "so much better than I ever thought it could be!" art set.
The pencil sharpener is also amazing!! If you're really into pencils and charcoal sticks, then you know how irritating it can be to have a pencil sharpener that just doesn't want to cooperate but the one this comes with is top tier.
I was just looking for a decent enough set to replace all of my used up items and to get me by until I had the funds to buy "better" items but I will absolutely be buying this set again when I need replacements!
If you're unfamiliar with the stuff in this set I recommend finding a cheap little how to book to go along with it to show you what each type of pencils are for and how to use them. I didn't need one but I can see how a beginner would, especially if you're very new to this type of set or getting this for a child.
I don't recommend it for much younger kids, but my 8 year...
