Overall the product quality is great and I love the sleeve on the tube. Size is right on for hiking/walking and the adjustments are all very handy.

Amazon Customer: I Love this backpack for day hikes. It fits a lot of things and I love the size. I am a 5’2” and it is a great size. I have even been able to carry a 3 liter water big inside with extra accessories! It has been to all kinds of National Parks! I really love it!

Trevor: The bag is great comfortable amd decent quality , the bladders on the other hand are horrible, filled both up ( I bought 2) amd but the time we got to wjere we wjere going and removed from the car both bladders where empty due to the stupid mouth piece ,the cover for the mouth piece fell off amd opened the valve.

Screen Slaver: I bought this to replace my old hiking backpack. I don’t use those water bladders anymore because they are hard to clean and you never know when it’s about empty. I like the pockets and the bag is perfect size for a day hike. I am not sure it’s big enough to hold my warm clothes. I wish it had a key hook but the soft pocket on top works well. The backpack does well at distributing the weight and the straps are just ok. The whistle didn’t work but I know how to whistle without even putting my fingers in my mouth. I replaced the chest strap with the one I had for my old bag. Overall I am happy with this bag, it looks nice and is lightweight. I take it everywhere, my sister in law calls it a purse.

Noelle: This bag is the perfect day pack. Super easy to use has SO MANY POCKETS!! Lots of space for everything! The bladder is fantastic (only concern is it doesn’t say bpa free on the bladder itself) but this is the perfect little day pack. Definitely recommend

Jordan: I do animal rescue and conservation work. I bought this to hold my equipment. While not the biggest backpack ever, it's the exact size i wanted. Nice and lightweight (without the H20) and with enough pockets. Perfectly happy with it.

D. McIver: We picked up a few different styles / brands of hydration packs for a trip - and my son and I really like this model (being a little larger 2.5L bag and more storage space). HOWEVER - the hose attachment to bladder sucked - it screws in, which is annoying compared to our others that quick disconnect. I say it's annoying, since it came loose a tad between uses / refills and I guess over a couple of days I had rotated the hose around 1 rotation, so when I refilled the bladder and loaded things up... I had a sopping wet backpack in a couple of minutes! It leaked like nobody's business!

Other than that - the refill spout has a nice handle, which compared to another bag's design was very apparently well thought out. Being a little bigger 2.5L bladder is a blessing and a curse - so if you're a larger person or out of shape (like me) - you might appreciate the extra water capacity... but that also means more weight. Having more storage is the same story - it's nice, until you go a little over board with packing snacks or jamming souvenirs in along the way!

What I am not happy about are the stains or spots you can see on the left and below the logo - I am not sure how this made it through quality control, Having paid full price, I expect perfection. Amazing: I saw others complained of a plastic taste to the water from the pouch so i was worried. I soaked the inside of my pouch with a dishwashing detergent pod and hot water for 10 minutes. Then I rinsed it out thoroughly until squeaky clean. Be sure to get it fully out of hose by pulling on the mouthpiece continually so the water flows freely through the hose. My husband didn’t want tall the fuss on his and so just washed with soap and water. Well he said his tasted like a toy from Toys ‘R Us from his childhood. Lol like the inside of an inner tube for the pool. Terrible, especially for a hot day. We hiked 8 miles on a beach and we loved all the features of these bags. My only 2 complaints is that the mouthpiece is difficult to get a serious drink from, it’s ALOT of work to get thirst quenched quickly, so it’s better to really just continually sip while walking. The other complaint is that in sand, the cover for the mouthpiece allows sand to get in. It’s not sealed tight enough. So be sure to put tip of mouthpiece with cover on back into the zippered compartment before putting bag onto the sand.
