They are still going strong. I got the Shark Navigator Pet Pro ( I have one as well) for my son who has several pets. You can't bet the power, suction, ease of use. It just does a great job and just as well as the more expensive vacuums.

Why is this not five stars? Because it falls over. If you use the hose and attachments, this vacuum will fall over. Aside from that, awesome vacuum.
I bought this bad boy years ago and it still works like the first time I used it. It's light and has a convenient handle to move it around the home easily. It does very well on hard surfaces and carpet. It works on rugs. It's noise level doesn't offend my cats. I've never had to take it apart to clean hair out of it, and it shows no sign of needing me to. I only need to pass over any spot once to get everything that would bother me. As someone who wanders around the house barefoot, I can feel the difference. This vacuum rocks. It takes me no time to finish vacuuming the whole apartment. I like this way more than my parent's dyson because it's better at picking up debris, is quieter, and is significantly lighter (granted, their vacuum is an older model, but I swear it's the heaviest mfer I've had to deal with, even as an adult).
The price is super reasonable. When I got out of college, I couldn't imagine spending 300 bucks on a new vacuum, so I went with this one instead. This ol bird will last and...

Josie SJosie S:
I own a Shark Pet Lift Away Professional Series (red/white color), have had it for at least 6-7 years and I LOVE IT! The only downside is, with 2 dogs, an Aussie/Boarder collie mix, a Boxer & long haired cat, I have to vacuum a lot + empty the canister after 1 room! Not to mention the constant cutting of the hair wrap on the brush roll-Ugh!
Enter the Shark Navigator—which was on sale, with a self cleaning brush roll + a bigger canister! You guys, I vacuumed on 4/15, received the new Shark on 4/16, re-vacuumed the house & the pic included shows the amount of dirt/dust/hair left over from me vacuuming on 4/15! Check out the NO HAIR on the brush roll! I’m super impressed with this vacuum!
• Downside: no lights on this model, compete design flaw on Shark’s end. I went ahead and purchased mini button lights on Amazon & stuck them on the vacuum(you can see the placement in pic), works like a charm! You can purchase them here Amazon: https://amzn.to/3gnn0b0
• Only one tool fits onboard this model, as opposed to 2 tools fitting on my previous model. I believe it’s due to space from the 3x larger canister.
• A little bit heavier than...

JacyJacy:
Amazing vacuum. Works great on cat litter and hair.
Pros: Suction, cup capacity, lightweight, no cat litter kick-backs
Cons: Size (sort of)
I have 4 cats and a dog, meaning I need something that can pick up pet hair and cat litter. I bought this to replace a Shark Rocket that finally kicked the bucket after years of battling Great Pyrenees hair. I loved the Rocket too, but this one (Navigator Zero-M) is much more powerful and has a larger dust-cup capacity. I love that the Navigator doesn't "kick back" cat litter at you like some other vacuums do. It all goes in, even if you're cleaning up a big pile of litter an over-zealous kitty dug out of the box. Even with a bunch of heavy cat litter and hair in the cup, it doesn't lose suction. I could probably clean the whole 1200sqft house in one pass if I wanted.
Suction power is adjustable via a slider in case you need a little less suck for a thin doormat or something (reminds me of a carpet height dial some other vacuums have but better). The hard floor setting keeps the brushes moving too so it can pick up debris that is stuck to the floor like mud-crusted leaf pieces. The self-cleaning...

Joes271: Works great and the collection bin is very easy to take off and dispose of whatever you may have sucked up. We use for everything from pet hair to floors to cleaning out the pellet grill. We would definitely purchase again if we need another vacuum. The only drawback I have found is it is not very sturdy when using the wand and will tip over very easily. To combat this I try to lean against something so it can not tip and place it very close to whatever I am working on so that the hose does not tug on the main body.
