I'm in love!! I have all wooden floors with some rugs and it's great! It doesn't kick dirt around on the hard floor and just hut the switch to vacuum the rugs. It is heavy but so great to use!

And it works beautifully! Previous vacs were either immobile due to the thick carpet, or so underpowered they barely did any cleaning. (Also, one brand recommended by Consumer Reports was a kludge that kept overheating)
This thing works beautifully. Easy, effective, on super-plush carpet with two German Shepherd Dogs in the house. Fantastic!

Vacuum has great suction. We have to hold the rugs down when cleaning. This is a business with heavy traffic, lots of dirt, mud, decomposed granite. I do like this vaccum.
