i originally thought the suction power was terribly weak, but turns out i wasn’t using it properly. there’s a button that turns on the turbo power when the vacuum is reclined. it’s actually quite awesome. works beautifully on multiple surfaces and small enough to store in the limited space i have available in my condo. great purchase after all.

I was so excited to receive this after reading the reviews, etc. I've been searching for a very long time for an excellent quality vacuum, especially for pet hair and dirt. I was completely disappointed with this vacuum! It turns on, and the brush goes (sometimes), but that's about it. Oh well, back to looking...
