Leah: When I originally received the order, I did not receive enough of the right size screws. After reaching out to the manufacturer, they sent over an entire set of screws and it shipped very fast. They also responded in a timely manner as well and gave expected response times, so I had an idea of when to expect messages. Overall, the bed frame is great for the price so far!

Amazon CustomerAmazon Customer: I was pleasantly surprised by the appearance of this bed, as well as the super fast delivery. I was hesitant to purchase because I generally do not like a faux leather look, especially in a bedroom. However, I needed something inexpensive for my daughter that can easily be cleaned, which eliminated solid wood and linen, respectively. I compared many bed frames, across several sites. This bed frame had the best overall reviews, specs, and price. It was easy to put together by myself and took me about one hour. The bed frame is sturdy and the slats appear to be supportive of a relatively heavy memory foam mattress. The mattress is approximately 12 inches and I feel it’s perfect for the shortest setting on the headboard. For color reference, it’s definitely a warm white and slightly darker than the IKEA white paint (nightstands). For additional reference, the walls are BM Edgecomb Gray and the trim/ceiling are BM White Dove. Very happy with this purchase and think it’s excellent for a child or guest room.
