Alleine Dragonfyre: This is the same stuff that is sold at Target only it's packaged for bulk or "professional use." Incredibly good deal that keeps us in dishwashing detergent for one entire year! This is the only kind of soap that has enough scouring capability to keep both our dishes and the inside of the dishwasher clean. Well, this and white vinegar in the rinse dispenser.

Rob G: Eight very ordinary boxes of dish powder. Economically packaged, and easy to recycle, Great price, and the dishes are very clean. Hard to find storage, but well-worth it.

ChocolateMaven: We have a new 800 series Bosch and were getting terrible results. Had bought Cascade in the last throes of our old dishwasher and got tons of powdery residue using both normal and heavy cycles.
Saw the new 7th Generation and got a case and trial and error taught us that we got fantastic results with the 60 minute cycle. Also does not leave a detergent smell like the cascade did

Overall, I'm reasonably satisfied with this detergent. It still doesn't do much for burnt-on food, but it seems to handle everything else fine (as long as you don't get food stuck in your jets, which is giving me trouble).
However, the last purchase of this detergent came with significant damage (see photo). The left one might have been damaged in shipping, because they don't ship all the boxes in a single large box, but a few of them in a second box that isn't the right size for the shipment. The boxes are not packed tightly or padded in any way, so they can bounce around easily.
Worse, though, is the right box, because that definitely was not shipping damage. There was tape around the top on arrival to stop the product from spilling, which means it was like this from the start and they shipped it anyway. I still used it, not realizing that air exposure ruins powdered detergent. Now I have to throw away about half the box because it keeps clumping in the dispenser. I'm not even going to bother with using the detergent in the left box because it's been cracked open like that just as long, and there is a third box just left the...
