Jeff StokerJeff Stoker: Finally got the chance to use these! I used my little Jeep Wrangler to pull this minivan with a trailer out of the deep sand. My Jeep was mostly on the road but the van was stuck in the sand just off the road side. I started out in the sand when attached to them but by the time the kinetic rope was stretched, I was on the pavement. It did take me two tugs but I got them right out and back on the road! I attached one Soft Shackle to my Bumper and the other to a small tow hook under the front of the van. The shackle on my bumper slid as I tugged and wore down the plastic rope. It should still last a long time before needing replacing but it does not look new anymore!
I also used the following Kinetic Rope and they both fit in the Rope's Carrying Case with the Rope.
