The package looks ruff and wast sealed closed like it looks like it was once upon a time. Their was like dirt and oil all over the metal on the brush blades. It does a ok job but not the best brush to use. It does have a button to push the hair off of the brush blade and that is nice. It is very heavy in your hand on the top and it makes it uncomfortable to use for a long period of time. The glove is huge on me I am glad it had a Velcro wrist to hold it on but it is way to big on my hand and I have large hands. I have nothing to compare the glove to since I have never used a silicone brush or glove on my dog. So to sum it up, it works and will do the job it will just take longer then what other deshedding brushes will and it's not the most comfortable brush to use and hold on my opinion. I don't know why the package was so beat up and not sealed with dirt and oil on the blade it makes me think it was used already and cleaned and a bunch of oil on the blade ( I know the blade would have some oil on it but their was dirt stuck in the oil). I will definitely get the fur-minator next time. Don't get me wrong it is a decent deshedding brush but their are better made...
