VB8: We continue to return to this brand for our 2 year old. The shoes are well made with sturdy soles and so easy to get on and off (a definite plus with a fidgety toddler). The color ways and designs are great as well!

T: I love this brand and it's the only brand of shoes my kid wears since finding them. They're really flexible and lightweight with a nice round box toe and are actually wide enough for my kids feet without having to buy wide/extra wide shoes. We get different styles of Russell casual sneakers every year and they hold up well until my kid needs to size up.

Zach + Paula: Our toddler is obsessed with the little SKR trucks on these shoes 😂 He checks every shoe for little trucks now; it's adorable. Our son also happens to have wide feet with a high instep and high arches (aka chunky feet), so he can't wear just any shoe. These have plenty of depth and width and seem very comfy for him. He only wanted to wear these until grandma gifted him Crocs with excavators on them 😅 My only complaint and is that SKR doesn't offer any neutral, "traditional", or muted colors—everything has a little pop of bright color. The sneakers are also a little pricy considering how quickly littles outgrow shoes, but the quality has been excellent. As a warning, they are NOT washable. Our pair got wet and had a weird mildewy smell, but we left it in the sun for several days and it went away. Would recommend!

Esta marca me gusta mucho, porque son durables y además son anchos (mis hijos tienen pies gorditos)

Kristin Cerda: I've bought 3-5 pairs of this shoe (various colors) over the last year. These 'black ones' are my 3-year old's favorites (perfect to accompany all superhero outfits).
Pros:
Wider toe than many other options -- great for wider feet and more active kids
Excellent quality -- age well with rough play and multiple washings
Minimal drop -- encourages healthy foot growth and strength
Versatile both in activity and fashion
Cons:
Not many color options
These shoes are practically perfect for my extremely active, yet sensory persnickety, child. He prefers them above all others. Kiddo has huge feet (currently size 11.5 and very wide toe). We've been wearing See Kai Run since he was a wee one, and their quality can't be beat. The sole has good grip, and the ankle is cushioned to be comfy from day one. I believe his excellent balance is partly due to the flatter sole of these shoes, versus the curve of trainer-like shoes.
My son learned to put his own shoes on rather quickly, and these were the shoes he did it with.
