Chloe: I like that the instructions included a bit on how to reset it if you forget the combination. So far super easy to use -- I use it by itself when I'm just running a quick errand to pop into a store, and then use a U lock on top of it when I'm leaving my bike for longer periods of time as a second layer of defense against thieves.

It is water proof.

Julian: I used to have a similar combination lock and needed to replace it because it wasn't sturdy enough and I was scared of my e-bike getting stolen. I chose this lock because it was flexible enough to use on poles that were not necessarily built for bike locks while still being secure. I have absolutely no complaints with this product... even the combination portion is sturdy and resistant, and my sense of security when locking up my bike has been restored.

On the electric water gun I just received. It is defective. The plug on the small cartridge will not stay closed. : The bike lock is great. But I didn't receive the steering wheel cover. Please send me another one. It was supposed to be here 4 days ago but you said that there was a delivery problem and it never arrived.

Caro: I use this bike lock in the warmer months to ride to and from the gym along with some leisure rides. It's easy to use, the chain feels sturdy, and its length is long enough for almost all bike racks. One issue is that the lock combination portion feels like a thinner plastic that could be more susceptible to breaking. Also, after months of use, the white lettering on the lock casing is rubbing off and shedding which isn't a big deal since it's only there for aesthetic value.

This lock is pretty decent but I probably would choose another style of lock if I owned a bike worth over $600. This bike lock is affordable, does the trick, and is easy to wrap it around the bike itself when commuting.
