Evan F: Got 2 of these to allow our puppy to have full run of the yard without weighing him down. Leads sold in stores are often for bigger dogs and can be too heavy for small dogs and puppies. This is great because it’s still strong enough to make sure they don’t go anywhere and lightweight enough not to be cumbersome when playing or expiring the yard!

Claudia S.: I love that it is light-weight and the ends are plastic covered to protect them from the weather, rust and pinch points for your pup & humans. 25 ft is the perfect length to give the pup room to roam but not get tangled up in too many things. This tie-out cable works great, especially when you don't have a fence and need to secure your pup. The price is also very competitive. Very good deal all around.

JeanetteJeanette: I bought two about 8 months ago for my newly-adopted dog and clipped them together to give him a bit more range.
About a month ago, the clip fell off of one. The tiny bit of exposed wire right beneath the clip rusted or wore out and it just kind of... broke. He got loose and was running around with his clip still on, but no lead attached to it.
In my case, that's not the biggest deal in the world. He's not one for taking off and going on adventures and I live on a lot of land, so as long as it keeps him contained 99% of the time, okay. For other dogs, though (adventurers, reactive dogs, dogs in high-traffic areas), it might be a safety issue.
I did buy another one of this lead to replace the broken one, so I think it's safe to say I like it just fine! It's lightweight enough for my dog and cheap enough that I don't really mind having to buy one every six months or so.
For reference, I have an 8-lb chihuahua, 11 years old. He is not a chewer or a puller. I've put it on my other dog, a 46-lb lab mix, a handful of times and it's fine, but I wouldn't trust it as her primary lead.

Camille: Mon chien gruge le plastique et se rend au fer malheureusement, mais elle est assez robuste pour supporter son poids lourd.

Kelley Rogers: We have 2 new puppies and they are not fans of listening lol. They are learning to be pretty good on leashes. But I don't want to confine them to only 4 or 5 feet. So we decided to get them leads. We don't have a fully fenced in yard and they are still learning they can't just run wherever. These are very very nice. They have the protective cover over the metal so they aren't going to rust. They are very lightweight BUT they are super sturdy. I couldn't believe how cheap they were because some leads are outrageous. These are very very affordable and have more than enough room for puppies or smaller to medium dogs. My dogs are a small breed but they are puppies which means they have a ton of energy. I was worried they were going to rip the iron posts off the porch, not tear through these leashes. These are great and I would definitely recommend.

Tracy: So far works great. I have only had a few weeks though but still holding up well. I have a 90+ pound LSG dog with an incredible pull force and this keeps him safely on our property when in the front yard.

Annie Galipeau: La gaine qui recouvre l'ensemble de fils de fer est fragile. Mon chien l'a mâché à plusieurs endroits. Il a aussi tendance à mâcher l'embout qui ferme la boucle d'attache. Il reste très léger et la longueur est bonne.

I bought the headlights that are cool blue color and these are definitely a game changer! They worked so well allowing me to see better that I went ahead and ordered the same company's fog light. They are brighter then my old headlights so just knowing my husband is safer because he can finally see now when he is driving.: We love this for our 55 lb Boxer/Lab. She broke our other one we had so we upgraded to this one and it's perfect. She likes to jump and run so this prevents her from getting loose. Very strong and to put it lightly She isn't going anywhere.
