I have installed several locks and have to admit I was surprised as how easy this one was to install. It looks as nice as one I found at 3x the price and three months later and it still works as it was hoped to. As I age and for my Mom who now lives with me, this lever was a wonderful idea. After 4 months, I was having trouble with the handle lock. I let the company know, sent a few pictures, explained the issue and they sent me a new lock set immediately. Knowing that the company stands by their product, I will purchase from this company again. The product is really nice and am happy to have the replacement as it looks really good on my door.

I had to replace my door hardware since my deadbolt lock broke. I like the look of this set, so I thought I'd replace both the front and back door hardware. Installation was pretty straightforward, but there was only on long screw to secure the deadbolt lock instead of the two needed. Checked the other set - same problem! So looks like I will have to use the screw from the second set to complete the front door installation. Not such a great deal after all! Hopefully I can find another one of those screws at the hardware store!Update: I was contacted by the vendor who told me to check the hardware because the two “ missing” screws were screwed in. I was able to complete the installation. This hardware is OK but definitely feels on the cheap side.
